Pricing or Typographical Errors

While TCOFF CLUBSPORT strives to provide accurate product pricing and shipping information, pricing and typographical errors may occur. In rare cases, TCOFF CLUBSPORT cannot confirm product and/or shipping pricing until after an order has been placed. In the event that a pricing or typographical error exists with any product or service offered, TCOFF CLUBSPORT reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time without notice. In most pricing or typographical error situations, TCOFF CLUBSPORT will contact you for further instruction or cancel your order with an email and/or phone notification. Shipping price discrepancies may exist on any order regardless of size. If a shipping price discrepancy exists, TCOFF CLUBSPORT may contact the purchaser with revised shipping options. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.


Price Match Policy

Found a product cheaper? Our Sales Team is happy to help! TCOFF CLUBSPORT will match the advertised price of any identical, in-stock product from a reputable competitor's website.

To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Item must be identical to the product sold on TCOFF CLUBSPORT.com.

  2. Competitor Link/Email Advertisement must be provided to the Sales Associate at the time of the inquiry.

  3. Product must be advertised as being in-stock on the competitor's website.

  4. Advertised price includes all shipping, taxes, and fees for delivery.

  5. Competitor must be located within the US market.

Excluded from Policy:

  1. Clearance, Closeout, Used, Refurbished or Open-box items.

  2. "Scratch & Dent" and "Limited Quantity Sale" items on TCOFF CLUBSPORT.com.

  3. Mail-in/Instant Rebate offers.

  4. eBay/Amazon Marketplace items.

  5. Typographical and pricing errors.

  6. A competitor's price quote sent outside public advertisement.

  7. Competitor's who are in violation of a vendor's MAP policy.

TCOFF CLUBSPORT is also proud to offer a discount of up to 10% off regularly-priced products, to customers who have served our country in the United States Military or as First Responders.

Excluded from Policy:

  1. Products that are on sale or already discounted by another offer.

  2. Products that are under vendor's MAP policy.

  3. Typographical and pricing errors.

  4. Not all products will be eligible for the full 10% discount, contact our sales team for our best price up to 10% off.


Gift Card Policy

TCOFF CLUBSPORT Gift Cards may only be used for making purchases with TCOFF CLUBSPORT. Gift Card balances cannot be redeemed for cash or applies as payments to any account unless required by law. Gift Cards and the value associated with that gift card will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen or destroyed. This policy applies for both TCOFF CLUBSPORT Gift Cards (plastic form) and TCOFF CLUBSPORT Virtual Gift Cards alike.

TCOFF CLUBSPORT Virtual Gift Cards can be claimed by the original buyer and can be sent as a gift to any recipient the original buyer wishes to send it to. All TCOFF CLUBSPORT Virtual Gift Cards must be activated before it can be applied as payment towards an order. These TCOFF CLUBSPORT Virtual Gift Cards are transmitted electronically through e-mail and can be forwarded electronically to other parties at the discretion of the card owner.

TCOFF CLUBSPORT highly recommends that all buyers keep the original gift card in their possession until the order is delivered. In the event that a refund is needed, all refunds are processed to the original payment method. TCOFF CLUBSPORT will not replace the refunded value should the original card be misplaced or discarded.

All TCOFF CLUBSPORT Gift Cards should be treated like cash and should be protected accordingly.


Order Acceptance

TCOFF CLUBSPORT reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time without notice. Some situations that may result in the cancellation of an order include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information, or problems that are identified by our Credit and Fraud Prevention Department. In some cases, we may contact you to obtain and verify additional information or require a secured payment method before accepting any order. If your order is canceled for any reason or additional information is required, TCOFF CLUBSPORT may contact you by phone and/or email. Please be sure that you verify your contact information on the order as it must be valid to be accepted. If the contact information is fictitious or invalid we reserve the right to cancel an order.

If this is your first order with TCOFF CLUBSPORT, it is required that your first orders be shipped to the billing address associated with your Credit Card. Providing mismatched addresses, or an address that is different from what is listed on your card/bank statement may result in delays during the order review process.

Under most circumstances, your credit card will be authorized for an amount less than the order total when your order is submitted. This authorization will be voided once your order is being processed for shipment in the warehouse, at which time your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the sale transaction. If you decide to cancel an order that has an authorized payment status, our Billing Department will void this authorization. It is usually removed from the account within 5-7 business days.

TCOFF CLUBSPORT offers the opportunity to store payment information in the account page on the website. Stored payment data will only be active until the expiration date specified, or until the authorization expires.

Certain manufacturers may impose selling restrictions on the products listed on TCOFF CLUBSPORT.com. Should you order a product that is unable to ship to your location, a TCOFF CLUBSPORT representative will contact you with more information.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check with all federal, state local and environmental laws prior to ordering and installing a product. TCOFF CLUBSPORT is not responsible for any fees, fines or costs that a customer may incur as a result of failing to check with federal, state, local or environmental laws prior to ordering and installing a product.

many products TCOFF CLUBSPORT sells, develops, and manufactures are intended for racing, competition, hobby, or off-road use. These products may not be used in violation of state, federal, provincial, or local laws. It becomes the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure their vehicle conforms to all laws and regulations governing road use especially in regards to emissions and safety. By purchasing and installing these parts, the Customer acknowledges they are using the part(s) and the vehicle in off-highway racing or hobby situations, and not for road or highway use.

TCOFF CLUBSPORT is located in the USA and does not have access to vehicles intended for other markets, including right-hand drive (RHD) vehicles. TCOFF CLUBSPORT cannot confirm fitment on all parts in our catalog for non-US market or RHD cars. It is the vehicle owner's and/or purchaser's responsibility to confirm fitment accuracy prior to placing the order. TCOFF CLUBSPORT is not responsible if parts do not fit non-US market vehicles.

Returns and Exchanges New/Unused Product Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be marked on your return package. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items. TCOFF CLUBSPORT will accept returns for unused products that are normally stocked within 90 days from the time that the order was shipped. If a product is returned within 30 days of the original ship date you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method used. Any returns made within the remaining return policy time frame will qualify for a TCOFF CLUBSPORT in-store credit refund only. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. All new/unused products must be new, unused, and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. A restocking fee may be applied to any returned item that is not regularly stocked, or any order returned after 30 days.

Returns on non-stocking items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Application/Fitment Issues


If you wish to return a product that does not fit your vehicle and you feel that there is an error in our listing, please submit a return through your customer account page. Our Customer Service team will review your RMA request, investigate the cause of the fitment problem, and make any corrections that are needed. In the event that we find an error on our website or on behalf of a TCOFF CLUBSPORT Representative, we will provide a label for your return. All products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc.

Replacement orders will be shipped only to the address used on the original order. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for checking the product application guide prior to ordering any product(s) to verify that the parts you have selected are appropriate for your vehicle. To ensure that you are ordering the correct products you must select your vehicle prior to ordering.


Refused Packages

Any domestic orders that are returned to TCOFF CLUBSPORT as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee.

Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package, at which time the ordered products would be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order and the discarded products are no longer retrievable.



TCOFF CLUBSPORT has a 30-day exchange policy from the date of shipment for defective/damaged merchandise:

  • Merchandise to be exchanged must be sent back with original packing. Boxes, manuals, and warranty information (if any) must be intact.

  • A completed Return Slip must accompany the merchandise.

  • Please state reason for exchange/replacement on the Return Slip so that we may serve you better.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.

  • The exchanged/replaced product will be shipped FREE through FedEx/UPS Ground mode.




TCOFF CLUBSPORT has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of shipment subject to the following:

  • The Customer must contact TCOFF CLUBSPORT via email within 30 days of order shipment to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Returns must unused/uninstalled and be 100% complete with all parts in original packing and in condition. Boxes, manuals and warranty information (if any) must be intact.

  • A completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) must accompany the merchandise.

  • Your RMA number must be written on the OUTSIDE of the box, next to your shipping label. This is very important as returns without an RMA number will be refused.

  • The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and shall be deducted when issuing the refund.

  • Closeout/Clearance items, unless otherwise stated, are sold "as is" and do not qualify for product returns/exchanges for any reason, including non-compatibility or defective products.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

  • Damaged shipments: the customer is responsible for reporting the damage claim to the shipping company. Please contact us to notify us of the situation.


Non-returnable items


Electrical parts/modules, Wheels/Tires that have been mounted and Special order items or items that have been installed/used are non-returnable.



TCOFF CLUBSPORT will periodically offer discontinued or remaining inventory on "Closeout". Closeout items, unless otherwise stated, are sold "as is" and do not qualify for product returns/exchanges for any reason including incorrect orders, non-compatibility or defective products. Customer is fully aware of all risks involved before purchasing.



Any warranties on products sold by TCOFF CLUBSPORT are those made by the manufacturer. Customer understands that any and all warranties are voided if any product defect has been caused in part or whole by negligence, improper installation, lack of proper maintenance, abuse, misuse, accident, floor or fire. Customer also understands that there is no warranty whatsoever, express or implied, on any parts used for competition, track events, racing or purposes other than which they were intended.

Customer understands that there is no warranty on electrical parts or parts used on a racetrack. Customer agrees to notify TCOFF CLUBSPORT immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Customer understands that defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with TCOFF CLUBSPORT return policy and at Customer expense. TCOFF CLUBSPORT will replace all defective items that meet return or replacement requirements. Customer understands that TCOFF CLUBSPORT will not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or for loss, inconvenience, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use (or inability to use) or a third party unauthorized use, of any product or its components, either separately or in combination with other equipment, or for commercial loss of any kind, regardless whether TCOFF CLUBSPORT had been advised of such possibility.

TCOFF CLUBSPORT makes no representation whatsoever that installation and or use of parts purchased from TCOFF CLUBSPORT will not have a negative effect on any warranty that may exist on Customer’s vehicle. Customer understands that he assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of products sold by TCOFF CLUBSPORT.


Lost Packages

If you do not receive your package and the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered you must notify us within twenty-one days of the marked delivery date so that we can initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier you have originally selected. Replacement products will not be sent until the shipping carrier completes the tracer request and grants permission for replacement product to be shipped UPS typically requires up to eight business days from the time the claim is started. USPS can require from five to ninety business days, depending on your country's time requirement that has been set forth. FedEx can require from twenty-one to twenty-eight business days from the time the claim is started. Please note that this is the policy of the shipper and not of TCOFF CLUBSPORT. TCOFF CLUBSPORT does not guarantee that any packages will be credited by the shipping carrier until this process is complete.

TCOFF CLUBSPORT will not provide refunds for any lost package under any circumstances.

Items ordered with clearance or "limited time sale" transactions do not qualify for replacement of an equal item when they are found to be damaged. These items are sold as is, no warranty as they are not replaceable. In the event that a clearance item or limited quantity sale item is damaged in shipment, we will only be able to refund the customer based on the purchase price of the transaction.

Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
